I was ...Hey girls -- I'm right there with you! I was doing really good pre-visit-to-the-family last week. Wedding cake, mom's waffles, last-minute Pizza Hut when we hadn't eaten all day and a rendevous with my husband who I had not seen for almost five weeks and -- BAM!!! -- good bye good efforts and at least a little success in the last month. But I'm back on. I actually have started relying heavily on fasting, now that I'm not breastfeeding, and just basically decided to fast every time I fall off the wagon to try to find the strength to get back on. I've got about 25 pounds to lose -- the lowest I've ever been is just 17 pounds away, but the ideal of those last 8 pounds just keep me going. So - keep writing and don't give up. I think that's the key. Please read my blog as well and keep me motivated! I need help!Melindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14268362421170169550noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1152206388748238749.post-16990307877230574512009-06-29T10:27:36.404-07:002009-06-29T10:27:36.404-07:00Yeah, I get ya. For instance TWELVE points this morning for 2 pancakes, syrup and a glass of orange julius. Twelve points! And now I'm hungry and looking for something to eat. Guess I'll be raiding the vegetable drawer!<br />We can do this, Morgen (though I have FAR more to lose than 20 pounds . . . I wish). We can do this.Sunshine Promiseshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12778302283088319607noreply@blogger.com
